Dr. Evans, has over 45 years of experience providing medical and refractive eye care. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Low Vision Specialists and has extensive post-doctoral training in low vision.

Dr. Evans provides low vision devices such as telescopes, bioptics, and microscopes to help patients cope with their visual impairment. Our goal is to help our patients lead more normal lives, enriching their abilities to function and restoring their independence and self-esteem.
Dr. Evans received his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Pacific University and Optometry degree from Pacific University. As an experienced optometrist, he understands the frustration and challenges that come with vision impairment from diseases like macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and other conditions.
He believes that patients deserve the opportunity to expand on the vision they have, and that is what drives his passion for low vision care.
